Tyfo® SCH-41 System
Comprised of Tyfo® S Epoxy and Tyfo® SCH-41 reinforcing fabric, which is NSF-Certified. Tyfo® SCH-41 is a custom, uni-directional carbon fabric . The carbon material is orientated in the 0° direction. The Tyfo® S Epoxy is a two-component epoxy matrix.
Tyfo® SCH-41-S-T System
Tyfo® SCH-41 Composite is comprised of Tyfo® S-T Epoxy and Tyfo® SCH-41 reinforcing fabric. Tyfo® SCH-41 is a custom, uni-directional carbon fabric. The carbon fabric is orientated in 0° direction. Tyfo® S-T Epoxy is a two-component high chemical & heat resistance epoxy matrix.
Tyfo® SCH-41-2X System
Comprised of two layers of the Tyfo® SCH-41 System stitched together for ease of application in the field. The Tyfo® SCH-41 System is a custom, uni-directional carbon fabric. The carbon material is orientated in the 0° direction. The Tyfo® S Epoxy is a two-component epoxy matrix.
Tyfo® SCH-41S-1 System
Comprised of Tyfo® S Epoxy and Tyfo® SCH-41S-1 reinforcing fabric. Tyfo® SCH-41S-1 is a custom weave, uni-directional carbon fabric with glass cross fibers. The carbon fibers are orientated in the 0° direction with glass fibers at 90°. The Tyfo® S Epoxy is a two-component epoxy matrix.
Tyfo® SCH-41S System
An ICC ESR-2103 listed material comprised of Tyfo® S Epoxy and Tyfo® SCH-41S reinforcing fabric. Tyfo® SCH-41S is a custom weave, uni-directional carbon fabric with aramid cross fibers. The carbon material is orientated in the 0° direction with aramid fibers at 90°. The Tyfo® S Epoxy is a two-component epoxy matrix.
Tyfo® SCH-11UP System
The Tyfo® SCH-11UP Composite is comprised of Tyfo® S Epoxy and Tyfo® SCH-11UP reinforcing fabric. Tyfo® SCH-11UP is a custom, uni-directional carbon fabric. The Tyfo® S Epoxy is a two-component epoxy matrix.
Tyfo® SCH-41S-SW-1 System
Tyfo® SCH-41S composite reinforcing fabric combined with Tyfo® SW-1 Epoxy. Tyfo® SCH-41S is a custom weave, uni-directional carbon fabric. The carbon material is orientated in the 0° direction. The Tyfo® SW-1 Epoxy is a two-component epoxy matrix. The Tyfo® SW-1 epoxy is certified safe for potable water (ANSI/NSF 61) and incidental food contact.
Tyfo® BCC System
The Tyfo® BCC Composite is comprised of Tyfo® S Epoxy and Tyfo® BCC reinforcing fabric. Tyfo® BCC is a custom, bi-directional fabric used in the Tyfo® Fibrwrap® System. The primary fibers are continuous carbon orientated in the ±45° directions. The Tyfo® S Epoxy is a two-component epoxy matrix material.
Tyfo® SCH Composite Anchors
The Tyfo® SCH Composite Anchor is comprised of Tyfo® S Epoxy and Tyfo® SCH carbon fiber reinforced roving. Tyfo® SCH is a custom, uni-directional carbon roving for improved end details and force transfer. The Tyfo® S Epoxy is a two-component epoxy matrix material for saturation and bonding applications.
Tyfo® UC Composite Laminate Strip System
A high modulus, high tensile strength, pull-formed, epoxy-carbon composite adhered to the primed substrate with thickened Tyfo® S Epoxy, Tyfo® TC Epoxy, Tyfo® TC-1 Epoxy or Tyfo® MB-3 Adhesive.

An ICC ESR-2103 listed material comprised of Tyfo® S Epoxy and Tyfo® SEH-51 reinforcing fabric. Tyfo® SEH-51 is a custom weave, uni-directional glass and aramid hybrid fabric used in the Tyfo® Fibrwrap System. The glass material is orientated in the 0° direction with aramid fibers at 90°. The Tyfo® S Epoxy is a two-component epoxy matrix material.
Tyfo® WEB System
An ICC ESR-2103 listed material comprised of Tyfo® S Epoxy and Tyfo® WEB reinforcing fabric. Tyfo® WEB is a custom 0°/90° bi-directional weave glass fabric used in the Tyfo® Fibrwrap System. The glass material is orientated in both the 0o and 90o direction in optimum configuration. The Tyfo® S Epoxy is a two-component epoxy matrix material.
Tyfo® BC System
An ICC ESR-2103 listed material comprised of Tyfo® S Epoxy and Tyfo® BC reinforcing fabric. Tyfo® BC is a custom, bi-directional fabric used in the Tyfo® Fibrwrap® System. The primary fibers are continuous E-glass orientated in the ±45° directions. The Tyfo® S Epoxy is a two-component epoxy matrix material.
Tyfo® SEH-51A-SW-1 System
Tyfo® SEH-51A composite reinforcing fabric combined with Tyfo® SW-1 Epoxy. Tyfo® SEH-51A is a custom weave, uni-directional glass fabric used in the Tyfo® Fibrwrap System. The aramid material is orientated equally in the 0° and 90° direction. The Tyfo® S Epoxy is a two-component epoxy matrix material.

Epoxies
Tyfo® S Epoxy
A two-component epoxy matrix material for bonding applications. The Tyfo® S Epoxy combined with Tyfo® SEH and Tyfo® SCH fabrics is a NSF/ANSI Standard 61 listed product for drinking water systems. It is a high elongation material which gives optimum properties as a matrix for the Tyfo® Fibrwrap System. It provides a long working time for application, with no offensive odor. Tyfo® S Epoxy may also be thickened and used as a prime or finish coat depending upon the project requirements.
Tyfo® SW-1 Epoxy
A two part, 100% solids epoxy formulation consisting of epoxy resins, hardeners and inert fillers specifically designed for underwater applications on steel, concrete and mansory surfaces. Tyfo® SW-1 is used in fiber wrap applications, with or without an aggregate, as a protective coating or repair mortar to protect against damage and erosion in splash zone areas.
Tyfo® WS Epoxy
Tyfo® WS (thickened Tyfo® S Epoxy) is a two-component, hi-build, 100% solids, ICC-ES ESR-2103 listed product formulation developed for bonding applications. It can be used as a final protective coating or as a fill-and-level undercoat over which the Tyfo® Fibrwrap® System may be applied. This material may be used either as a surface coating or a primer material.
Tyfo® MB-3
A two-component epoxy adhesive which bonds a wide variety of metals and fiber reinforced polymers. It provides excellent peel and impact strengths even in low temperature environments.
Tyfo® 103 Regular Injection Epoxy
A two-component, standard viscosity, high modulus epoxy adhesive.
Tyfo® 111 Low Viscosity Injection Epoxy
A two-component, very low viscosity, high modulus epoxy adhesive.
Tyfo® G Epoxy
A two-component, hi-build, 100% solids, epoxy formulation developed for use as a final protective coating over the Tyfo® Fibrwrap® System. This material eliminates the need for a final paint.
Tyfo® PWC Epoxy
A two-component, 100% solids, corrosion resistant epoxy that can be applied to dry surfaces or wet epoxy. It is formulated for broad range corrosion protection and is NSF-Listed safe for potable water and incidental food contact. Please refer to the NSF Listing for the NSF-61 Listed application.
Tyfo® TC Epoxy
A two-component, solvent-free, NSF-Certified epoxy matrix material specially formulated to provide improved adhesion of the Tyfo® Fibrwrap System to vertical and overhead applications. Please refer to the NSF Listing for the NSF-61 Listed application.
Tyfo® TC-1 Epoxy
A two-component, specially formulated to provide improved adhesion of the Tyfo® Fibrwrap System to vertical and overhead applications.
Tyfo® WP Epoxy
An epoxy formulation developed to provide a primer/membrane undercoat specifically for use in wet, damp, or moist substrates. Tyfo® WP is NSF-Certified. Please refer to the NSF Listing for the NSF-61 Certified application.
Tyfo® PR Adhesive
A two part, 100% solids, low odor, 1:1 mix ratio, moisture insensitive epoxy resin compound with a non-sag, paste consistency.
Coatings
Tyfo® RR (Standard, Sidney White and Limestone)
A mixture of natural stone with a unique high-tech acrylic binder (single component). It is ideal as a finish on Tyfo® Fibrwrap® Systems or as a general finish material.
Tyfo® A
A single-component 100% acrylic exterior flat material that may be applied over Tyfo® Fibrwrap® Systems and other surfaces to provide a durable finish coating. The finish coating is flat and can be matched to any existing color.
Tyfo® U
Tyfo® U complies with SCAQMD Rule 11 13. It is a unique, high-solids, high-build, multifunctional coating. High-gloss, self- priming coating. Excellent gloss retention. Direct to metal and concrete in selected environments. Outstanding abrasion, reverse and direct impact resistance. Good chemical and stain resistance. Tough and flexible coating.
Concrete Repair
Tyfo® CB
A three-component bonding agent composed of a specialty waterbased epoxy and selected cementitious components.
Tyfo® P
A two-component, quick-setting, polymer-modified, cementitious mortar for vertical and overhead concrete and masonry repairs.
Tyfo® PF
A new and improved, one-component, shrinkage-compensated concrete repair mortar.
Corrosion Resistance
Tyfo® CIS Layer 1
A single-component, colorless liquid. It is the corrosion inhibitor vapor phase of the Tyfo® Concrete Repair System. This layer will sublimate and permeate the concrete as a gas, and distribute itself uniformly to form a passive film on the corroded reinforcing steel. This layer is delivered in a liquid form and spray-applied over the concrete area. Layer 1 is applied to the exposed surfaces as required. The Tyfo® CIS Layer 1 apllication is followed by the Tyfo® CIS Layer 2 application. After receiving both Layers 1 & 2, the exposed surfaces are cleaned by washing with fresh water or by abrasive blasting. All exposed steel is then treated with the Tyfo® CB material and the concrete section is restored using Tyfo® P or Tyfo® PF as required.
Tyfo® CIS Layer 2
A single-component, clear, waterbased liquid with a mild odor. It may be applied by roller or spray following the application of Tyfo® CIS Layer 1. Layer 2 controls the pH, purges and encapsulates water-soluble chlorides, fills voids in the concrete, and inhibits further penetration of moisture. Layer 2 also acts as a contact corrosion inhibitor on the reinforcing steel. After receiving both Layers 1 & 2, the exposed surfaces are cleaned by washing with fresh water or by abrasive blasting.
Fire-Resistance Materials
Tyfo® FC/F System
A two-part heat-resistant system applied in combination with the Tyfo® Fibrwrap® Systems. Tyfo® FC is a two-component, fire-resistant epoxy coating specially formulated to provide an increase in the existing fire rating. Tyfo® F is a one-component formulation designed to be applied over Tyfo® FC. The Tyfo FC/F System will provide an increase to the fire rating of an element as per ASTM E-119 and provides a Class 1, ASTM E84 flame and smoke rating. The System has Underwriters Laboratories, Inc. (UL) approval to display the UL symbol on the Tyfo® FC materials as a UL rated system.
Tyfo® AFP System
Tyfo® VG Primer
Tyfo® VG Primer is the first component of the specialized Tyfo® AFP System. It is specially formulated to provide improved bonding between the substrate and Tyfo® VG.
Tyfo® VG Dash Coat
The second component of the specialized Tyfo® AFP System.
Tyfo® VG
Tyfo® VG is the third component of the specialized Tyfo® AFP System. It is non-combustible and non-flammable.
Tyfo® EI-R System
Tyfo® EI-R is a highly crack-resistant and high-quality surface coating with all the qualities of natural stone. Tyfo® EI-R is the fourth component of the specialized Tyfo® AFP System.
Tyfo® CFP System
Tyfo® VG Primer
Tyfo® VG Primer is the first component of the specialized Tyfo® CFP System. It is specially formulated to provide improved bonding between the substrate and Tyfo® VG.
