Provided concrete containment and additional columns. A matrix was applied to the top two feet of
each where there was severe spalling of the concrete. A final layer of paint was applied to ensure
long-term performance of the jacket. This application provided containment control and structural
enhancement to the building. The retrofit will significantly increase the life span.
