Edward R. Fyfe – President & Founder
President and founder of Fyfe Company LLC. Mr. Fyfe has a Chemical Engineering degree from The University of British Columbia. In 1988, he started the very first research for the use of pre-saturated composite materials for strengthening columns. Fourteen large-scale columns were tested successfully leading to the California Department of Transportation approval of the TYFO® Fibrwrap® System. The initial tests lead to testing and application for beams, slabs, beam-column joints, walls as well as many other applications. Mr. Fyfe has more than 40 patents in the composite strengthening field. He is also the principal of Fyfe Technology Center, which conducts Research and Development.
Scott F. Arnold, P.E. – Vice President/Technical Manager
Specialty: Commercial, Residential and Municipal Buildings/Transportation Infrastructure/Water Transmission and Storage Structures
Graduated from UC San Diego with a Bachelor of Science degree in Structural Engineering. He is a licensed civil engineer in the state of California (No. C 64169) and has been working with the Fyfe Company on the design and development of the TYFO® Fibrwrap® Systems since 1994.
Sarah Witt, LEED® AP - Senior Vice President - Engineering Services
Graduated from University of Colorado with a Masters of Science in Civil Engineering. While completing her degree, Ms. Witt also worked in the composites lab at University of California, San Diego. She has been with Fyfe Company since 2000 and now serves as the head of Engineering Services. She is co-chair of the ACI 440 subcommittee on Externally Bonded FRP Systems.
Tomàs T. Jimenez – LEED® AP - Vice President - Waterfront Division
Graduate of Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering. He has been with Fyfe Company since 2005 and now serves as the Waterfront Division leader in the United States and Canada. His duties include assisting clients with FRP feasibility, design, project management, and technical support. Also participates in relevant research and development projects.
Anna Pridmore, Ph.D. – Vice President
- Water Transmission Division
Specialty: Water Transmission and Storage Division with particular focus in Pipeline Rehabilitation
Anna Pridmore received her Ph.D. in Structural Engineering from the University of California, San Diego. She is responsible for technical leadership and management of the Water Transmission division for Fyfe Company including all pipeline rehabilitation related research and development, engineering and technical support, business coordination, division sales, and contributions to national committees and standards. Dr. Pridmore brings with her 9 years of multidisciplinary research in civil infrastructure rehabilitation, composite mechanics, structural interaction, and pipeline renewal. She currently serves on the AWWA committee developing a standard for the use of Carbon Fiber lining systems and is active with ASME as well.
Julio Sanchez – E.I.T., Project Engineer
Specialty: Transportation Infrastructure/Commercial, Residential and Municipal Buildings
Graduated from UCSD with a Bachelor of Science in Structural Engineering in 2008 with a civil focus. He has been with Fyfe Company since 2007. Currently his duties include project support, FRP design, technical support, sales and marketing, and research and development
Victor Reyes, P.E. - Regional Manager
Specialty: Commercial, Residential, and Municipal Buildings
Obtained a Bachelors of Science degree in Structural Engineering from the University of California, San Diego. Has been with the company since 2008. He now serves as the regional manager for Southern California, Arizona, and Nevada. He also has five years of residential construction management experience. His duties include FRP design, FRP specification writing, and general technical support.
Michael McCullagh - Manager - Transportation Infrastructure Division
Obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree in Structural Engineering from the University of California, San Diego and has been with Fyfe Company since 2008. He now serves as the Manager for the Transportation Infrastructure Division in the United States and Canada, focusing on bridge, airport, railway, and parking structure projects. His responsibilities include project feasibility, FRP design, project management, technical support, and research & development.
Gaetano Bologna - E.I.T., Project Engineer

Graduated in 2009 from the University of California, San Diego with a Bachelor of Science in Structural Engineering with focuses on civil structures and geotechnical engineering. He focuses on project feasibility, technical support, FRP design, and sales and marketing.
